Autopay Pro is building on the framework they've established on popular working DAPPS to develop revolutionary new systems in the area of Crypto Payment Systems and hybrid Crypto-Fiat Payment Systems. Autopay Pro was approached by a major real estate management company to solve issues around utility payments and transfer of responsibility for same when occupancy is transferred to new renters. Major pain point is getting utilities turned back on during any gap in service, damage to homes due to frozen pipes, damage to major appliances in the absence of water or gas, and accumulated waste due to gap in trash service. Autopay pro is currently working on a full end-to-end solution which allows service providers, local utilities, county and state agencies, cable and satellite providers, cellular phone companies, and any other service provider which requires monthly or annual payments for a specific property address to register as an official service provider. An Address Owner registration produces an easy to use dashboard with drop down selection and confirmation of monthly or annual expenditure limitations. Notification preferences and payment account configuration allow every approved transaction to be recorded on the blockchain via an incremental transfer of $AUTOPAY tokens. Some gas fees are incurred, discovery of a preferred blockchain is underway including an emerging prospect not yet on mainnet which has virtually instantaneous transactions and near zero gas fees. Payments are currently limited to Fiat payments.
This solution solves the stated issues and also allows for landlord to have visibility into utility payments and/or assume those payments where State Law requires them to pay some or all utilities (eg. NJ, UT, Etc.).
Autopay Pro will have a pilot program live by Q3 2024 in Salt Lake and Utah Counties in Utah, and King County in Seattle.
Digital Wholesale End-to-End Payment System
Autopay Pro is currently working on a end to end solution to allow Manufacturers to deploy digital collectibles for sale to registered wholesalers in the US and abroad. This requirement meets marketing agreements with brick and mortar stores who currently hold wholesale contracts and also meets the needs of licensing agreements with licensees including NFL, NBA, Media Figures, and other major IP Owners and Ownership Groups.
As part of this solution Autopay Pro smart contracts controlled via a backend admin panels allow producer, product and agent registration. Agreement terms and durations are configured and agreement terms are executed at point of sale including multi-party payment distribution per the terms of the agreements. Additionally execution of sales will be halted programmatically to enforce contract limitations on any 3rd party marketplace platforms.
This solution will be available for Manufacturers of Digital Collectibles and their subordinate wholesales agencies by mid Q3 2023.

The provider is so confident in his service he's marked down his fees 20% below the competition and to compensate will suggest a 20% gratuity at the time of payment.
To meet the needs of the customer AutoPay Pro is developing a solution that will be online by Q2 2023 in time for the customers primary booking timeframe and well in time for the August, September, October wine touring season. One primary challenge is the requirement to embed the solution in a custom mobile booking app which is compatible with a cloud based desktop solution as well. To resolve this quickly Autopay Pro is working with a trusted partner agency that has a proven track record of financial solutions on mobile platforms. We're confident the solution will meet or exceed the needs of the customer and barring the customer's direct competition for a period of 7 years Autopay Pro will make the solution available to all experience providers after a full production testing cycle.
